So after thinking about and finding it almost three months ago, today I finally went to purchase the birthday crown, and guess what? Mycakies closed her shop for a few months! oh no!! What will I do? This crown is THE perfect birthday crown!!! Do I dare go buy a sewing machine or supplies or whatever and attempt to make this myself? Do I call a crafty friend?

This is the perfect example of what happens to me every time….I spend weeks searching and searching and finally I find the perfect thing and then I wait either because I dont have the money right then, or am not exactly positive, or want to sleep on it, but then I completely fail to pull the trigger, and at the last minute am stuck with whatever I can find. It happens with presents for friends, for birthdays, for christmas, it  happens with sale items, and on and on. Actually, it happens all over my life, but this birthday crown is just the one example that is making me so sad.  I just dont think that I could duplicate something quite a lovely and there is nothing else on etsy that even compares.
